Tickets
- How will I receive/access my tickets?
Fans can find their tickets by selecting the ticket icon from the bottom menu of the DICE app. Tickets are in date order, with the earliest event appearing first.
- Are there any physical tickets available?
Tickets may only be purchased on the DICE ticketing app which you will be taken to when purchasing tickets from our website. Tickets to the event will be on sale through the DICE ticketing app all the way up until 9:00PM the night of the event. There is no box office available to receive physical tickets or purchase tickets.
- Can I buy tickets at the event?

- Can I transfer tickets?
Through the DICE app’s ‘transfer to a friend’ feature you will be able to transfer tickets to friends and family or people you know, so long as they are a DICE contact. You will be fully responsible for organizing payment for the ticket separately and directly with the recipient, and Pinal 40 Copper Country Music Fest nor DICE is not liable to you or anyone else for any refunds.
- Can I get a refund?
Fans can offer their tickets up to the Wait List for a sold-out event, and another fan buys it. If someone buys your ticket, we’ll issue you a full refund.
- Will I get a refund if there is inclement weather?
Pinal 40 Copper Country Music Fest is a rain or shine event and no refunds will be issued due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
What To Bring
- Can I bring in food or beverages?
Each fan may bring with them 1 unopened and sealed bottle of water. No outside alcohol of any kind will be allowed into the event. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at any of our 3 bars. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the food truck lounge which can be found on our Festival Map.
- Can I bring lawn chairs or folding chairs?
Due to space constraints we will not allow outside portable seating of any kind in our event. If fans wish to be seated during the event they may take a seat in the rodeo grand stands listed as seated GA on our event map.
- Are pets allowed?
We absolutely love furry friends but due to space constraints only service animals are permitted on festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home.
- Are kids welcome?
Pinal 40 Copper Country Music Fest is open to all ages. Children ages 16 and under are admitted but must be accompanied by an adult. Fans of all ages need a ticket to enter.
- What is prohibited?
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, drones, professional recording devices (sound, video and photography), outside food and beverages, radios, noise makers, laser pointers, outside portable seating (folding or lawn chairs), and umbrellas.
On Sight Activities
- Is tailgating allowed?
Tailgating or consumption of alcohol of any kind in the festival parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of festival attendees and their vehicles, the festival parking lot will be monitored throughout the event. With a full day of fun at the festival, we encourage everyone to make their way in and get the party started!
- Will the festival be ADA compliant?
The festival site will have accessibility for ADA. Please email [email protected] for more information.
- Is there re-entry at the festival?
No. Once fans exit the security entrance and exit check points they will not be permitted to reenter the event.
Media and PR
- Media and PR inquiries?
There are limited credentials available for this event, approval of credentials will be based on review of application. To learn more about media inquiries please email [email protected].
- Can I bring my own camera?
As we encourage fans to take pictures with friends and family to share their experience at our event, due to contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment (photography, video, and sound) will not be allowed on the premises without proper credentials. Classification of professional recording equipment is solely at the discretion of Pinal 40 Copper Country Music Fest employees and security. We are not liable for any items or equipment left off site. Individuals found with unauthorized equipment may be asked to leave at any time and will not be issued any refund.
