What To Bring
What is the bag policy?
To improve safety and speed up entry, we have a clear-bag policy for all festival areas. We will allow clear plastic bags up to 14″ × 14″, one-gallon clear freezer bags, or small purses/clutches no larger than 4.5″ × 6.5″. Backpacks, large purses, camera bags, coolers, and other large bags are not permitted. All bags and allowed items will be subject to inspection at security checkpoints.
Can I bring in food or beverages?
Each fan may bring with them 1 unopened and sealed bottle of water. No outside alcohol of any kind will be allowed into the event. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages will be available for purchase at any of our 3 bars. Food and non-alcoholic beverages will also be available for purchase at the food truck lounge which can be found on our Festival Map.
Can I bring lawn chairs or folding chairs?
If you have a general admission ticket or VIP tickets you may bring your own lawn chair. NO ROCKERS, HYDRAULICS, METAL FOLDING OR HIGH-BACK/LOUNGING CHAIRS ARE ALLOWED. There will be posted areas where you will not be permitted to deploy chairs within a certain perimeter of the Main Stage.
Are pets allowed?
We absolutely love furry friends but due to space constraints only service animals are permitted on festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home.
Are kids welcome?
Pinal 40 Copper Country Music Fest is open to all ages. Children ages 16 and under are admitted but must be accompanied by an adult. Fans of all ages need a ticket to enter.
What is prohibited?
Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited, drones, professional recording devices (sound, video and photography), outside food and beverages, radios, noise makers, laser pointers, and umbrellas.
On-site Activities
Is tailgating allowed?
Tailgating or consumption of alcohol of any kind in the festival parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of festival attendees and their vehicles, the festival parking lot will be monitored throughout the event. With a full day of fun at the festival, we encourage everyone to make their way in and get the party started!
Will the festival be ADA compliant?
The festival site will have accessibility for ADA. Please email info@pinal40.org for more information.
Is there re-entry at the festival?
Re-Entry to the Festival will be permitted until 6 PM on 10/17.
Media and PR
Media and PR inquiries?
There are limited credentials available for this event, approval of credentials will be based on review of application. To learn more about media inquiries please email info@pinal40.org.
Can I bring my own camera?
As we encourage fans to take pictures with friends and family to share their experience at our event, due to contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment (photography, video, and sound) will not be allowed on the premises without proper credentials. Classification of professional recording equipment is solely at the discretion of Pinal 40 Copper Country Music Fest employees and security. We are not liable for any items or equipment left off site. Individuals found with unauthorized equipment may be asked to leave at any time and will not be issued any refund.
