Certificate of insurance (COI) — 1mil/2mil liability listing City of Casa Grande (510 E Florence Blvd, Casa Grande AZ 85122) and Pinal 40 Inc (PO Box 12154, Casa Grande AZ 85130) as additional insured
Insurance endorsement (most policies include a blanket endorsement — your agent can provide it)
Pinal County Mobile Food Unit (MFU) license
Logo and a photo of your setup (optional — for event marketing)

Having these ready will speed things up if you are approved.

Acknowledgements

I understand I must have a food truck or trailer with a valid Pinal County MFU#. No pop-up food vendors will be accepted. I understand there is no power, potable water, or grey water dumping on site. I will come fully self-sufficient. I understand I must carry 1mil/2mil liability insurance with City of Casa Grande and Pinal 40 Inc as additional insured, and provide both a COI and endorsement. I understand that payment of $250.00 is due upon approval of my application.

Vendor setup window: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
You must be fully set up no later than 10:00 AM. No exceptions.
